Cancellations:

1. Cancellations must be received in writing by email or sms. Cancellations received at least three full calendar days prior to the booking date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within three days of the booking date will be forfeited in full.

2. Mildly poor weather is not grounds for cancellation.

3. Cancellations may occur due to poor weather conditions, strong winds, rough seas, storms, dangerous conditions.

4. Cancellations may occur at any time at the discretion of Fishing With A Local. When an experience is cancelled by Fishing With A Local, deposits can be carried forward to a rescheduled date or refunded.

5. Fishing With A Local will contact all clients if the need to cancel an experience arises.
